We are now offering the ability to check availability,
on our Banner Elk cabin rentals in North Carolina, online. The rates shown below are
subject to change and holiday / peak season rates (Christmas, New
Year's, MLK Weekend, President's Weekend, etc.) are
slightly higher. Cornerstone Rentals in Banner Elk
cater to youth groups, weddings, family reunions, and
large
groups of friends.
- Our rates reflect stays for up to 6 people. Additional persons shown.
- 2 night minimum stay - 3 night minimum stay for holiday and peak seasons.
- Check in 3:00 pm - check out 11:00 am.
- A deposit of 50% is required in advance to secure your reservation.
- Your down payment will be applied to your departure date first and refundable only if the cabin is re-rented for the same time as your reservation, less a 15% handling fee.
- All cancellations 14 days or less prior to check-in date will be charged for all reserved days if the cabin is not re-rented.
- All reservations are confirmed and guaranteed.
- Cash, check, Visa or MasterCard accepted.
- A security deposit of $200 is required at check-in and refundable within 30 days of departure, less any damage or monies due. Cornerstone Rentals reserves the right to change this amount.
- Only Cornerstone Cottage is pet friendly.
- No smoking allowed.
